Foundations classes are dialed down Vinyasa practices that still move—perfect for getting out of your head and into your body. This hip opening focused class will stretch your hips and hamstrings preparing you for deeper hip opening poses. Practice this class in the evening, when you need to calm down and get grounded and or when you need some low back relief. Good for beginners or those who want to get back to basics.
