In this Gratitude meditation, we will be focusing on gently exploring gratitude and wonder - in our bodies, in our surroundings, and for other living beings. This class begins with about twenty minutes of gentle movement, followed by a seated meditation and then rest. Expect slightly longer pauses and more open space than our other offerings, perhaps giving you additional time to feel into your own experience. If you are looking to gently notice feelings of appreciation and to train your brain towards positivity, this meditation is for you. 10% of revenue from this class is donated to Yoga Behind Bars. | 50 minute class | 80 minute session
